Welcome to BodyOne Massage.  Our therapists specialize in creating customized, therapeutic massage treatments that are designed to meet each client’s individual needs. Before each session, we engage in conversation with you in order to truly understand the issues you are experiencing. We understand that tension and stressors can change from day to day. By consulting with you at the time of your appointment, we can identify your needs and can draw from a variety of modalities to use in your session. Our expert bodywork will reduce muscular tension and stress, increase your body awareness, and relieve both chronic and acute pain. The therapists at BodyOne are known for their strength, intuition, and ability to untangle patterns of tension that can become trapped in the body. Our knowledge and experience will allow us to create a results-driven treatment plan.

During the pandemic, we made changes to the space to increase the safety of our clients and staff.  These changes included:

• The installation of hospital grade ventilation systems in each treatment room and two in the common area.

• A UV light sanitizing system has been added into our HVAC unit, in effort to clean the air that is filtered through it. 

• UV light towers have been purchased to sanitize all surfaces in each treatment room

As always, handwashing and maintaining clean treatment rooms is a constant at BodyOne.  All massage therapists are choosing to continue to wear masks during each appointment.
